Center of Excellence (CoE) Economics of Advanced Digital Technology (EADT) was established to accelerate research, innovation, business, and community service to support the achievement of Telkom University’s vision and mission of becoming a Global Entrepreneurial University by 2038. CoE EADT aims primarily to develop research and innovation in the field of economy and management based on the latest digital technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Virtual Reality, and Blockchain. CoE EADT is expected to align with Indonesia’s National Strategy for Digital Economy Development 2030, which consists of six main pillars: (1) Infrastructure; (2) Research, Innovation & Business Development; (3) Human Capital; (4) Funding & Investment; (5) Business Climate & Cybersecurity; and (6) Policy & Regulations. The outputs of the research and innovation are anticipated to serve as a reference for the development of the digital economy in Indonesia, particularly in the short term for managing Start-ups and Digital SMEs, Digital Literacy, and Cybersecurity Awareness.
